Meeting Location and Competition Topics

Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month from September through June from 7:30 - 9:30 PM at the Livonia Civic Park Senior Citizens' Activity Center, on the East side of Farmington Rd. just south of Five Mile Road. Click here for maps.

Open (#1)

Any subject and technique. Here is your first chance of the year to enter your best images, especially ones that may not fit any of the other monthly competition topics.

Circles and spheres with a 3D quality.

Animals

Pets, zoo inhabitants, or in the wild. One of our favoirte topics to take and view!

Those lazy, hazy, crazy days!

Any subject and technique. An added opportunity to enter your best images of any kind.

Wood

The only limitation on this one is that your main subject must be made of wood (yes, including trees).

Still Life

The opposite of our "Action" topic - this includes groups of interesting objects, tabletops, miniatures, etc.

Through the Window

The subject must come through the stereo window into the viewer’s space.

Any subject and technique. This is the final chance to display your best work and compete for this year's awards!

Slide of the year.

A special presentation of the top slides from those that have earned 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place ribbons in the monthly competitions during the 2008-2009 season.
